A total of 59 entries were received this year and their quality provided a challenge for the judging panels.

Co-organiser Rob Francis says, “We’d like to congratulate all our winners and thank everyone who took the time to enter or nominate. It’s amazing that each time we run the awards we learn about more great environmental projects that are happening all over our region.”

Co-organiser Karen Lee says, “This is a great way for us to celebrate all the creativity, innovation and hard work that is happening in our community.  Many of these projects offer some valuable lessons and inspiration for us all.  Thanks are also due to our generous sponsors whose support makes the event possible each year”.

The awards were presented on 17 November at the Theatre Royal with prizes ranging in value from $500 to $1000 across the categories.
