Keep your water meter clear

Please ensure that the area around your water meter box is clear for the meter readers to locate and read the meter. The meter readers will be wearing jackets labelled “WATER METER READER” for identification and they read the meters between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

Water charges and statements posted

All water passing through the meters is charged at $1.862 per cubic meter. The minimum daily charge is $0.5128 and is shown as “Daily Line Charge” on the Invoice/Statement. Statements will generally be posted out a week after the meter has been read.
