Kia Ora -Mid Winter Greetings Six months has gone quickly since our last newsletter and there have been a lot of changes and no doubt there will be plenty more to come as we explore further the possible amalgamation of Nelson City Council and Tasman District Council. Staff Changes Welcome to Carl Jenkins who comments:  I have recently joined NCC as Team Leader in the Resource Consent team.   My family and I moved to New Zealand – north of Auckland  just over 5 years ago but have always wanted to experience the South Island and Nelson in particular having visited on holiday a couple of years ago so we are really happy to be here at last.…
