Over the next few months, Wraight and Associates Landscape Architects are developing a concept plan for the redevelopment of Rutherford and Trafalgar Parks, including Kinzett Terrace and the Maitai Walkway.
Guided by the Framing our Future vision, and underpinned by community feedback, inlcuding past feedback from the Heart of Nelson Strategy and the 2010 Reserves Management Plan, the design weaves three parks into one iconic active urban space. Our intention is to start building improvements to the Maitai Walkway by mid July 2012.
