Tenders are invited for the construction of EC3287 Tasman Street Roading, Stormwater and Sewer Upgrade. This contract involves an upgrade of the road and footpath, new kerb and channel, grass berms and gardens. The upgrade also includes a new stormwater system with 175m of 450mm diamater Concrete pipe and new sewer with 195m of 150mm diameter PVC pipe.

This contract incorporates the replacement of existing AC water pipes with 175m of new 150mm dia PVC water pipe, also the construction of a new watermain which consists of 1077m of 200mm dia PVC pipe, 88m of 180mm dia PE pipe.

The construction of about 360m of road in a green field.
The installation of a water mains comprising of 100mm diameter pvc pipes.
The supply and installation of a new stormwater drainage system comprising of reinforced concrete pipes ranging in diameter from 450mm to 600mm, new manholes and sumps connected to the pipes.
The Installation of street lights.
