RWC 2011 Supply of temporary equipment and facilities Expressions of Interest close 4pm Thursday 16 September 2010 Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from the suppliers of temporary facilities required to upscale Trafalgar Park to meet the RWC 2011 requirements for the Rugby World Cup 2011 in September 2011. The temporary facilities include: Marquees and portable cabins Portable toilets Temporary fencing and road barriers Portable amenity lighting Temporary road closure signage Portable generators Communication and CCTV equipment The EOI must clearly demonstrate that the supplier has the appropriate level of resources (plant and equipment) to meet the anticipated requirements has the appropriate level of relevant experience and a track record of supplying equipment and facilities for large events has the appropriate health and safety compliance and training has a minimum of 3 referees which may be contacted to confirm track record and relevant experience A shortlist of suitable suppliers will be developed following evaluation of the EOIs and the contract is expected to be tendered in September/October. Road Maintenance 2010/2013 Contractors with New Zealand Transport Agency Pre-qualification Certification of 1B, 2B, 4B and 5B or higher are invited to tender for Contract 3270: Road Maintenance 2010/2013.
