Amendments give effect to two designation alterations pursuant to s181 of the Resource Management Act 1991. A number of minor corrections and updates were also made without formality under Clause 20A of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991.

Alterations to designations

Alteration to Designation DTR4 (New Zealand Transport Agency)

This alteration is to the designation for State Highway purposes at Tahunanui, adding two small parcels of land at the intersection of Rocks Road and Bisley Walk.

Alteration to Designation DE19 (Ministry for Education)

This alteration adds a parcel of land to the designation for Nelson College for Girls to include 402 Trafalgar Street.
