New Service Hub at Elma Turner Library

Elma Turner Library customers will have noticed a big change in the main service desk area in the past month. The central city library has installed three self-service machines and moved the Information Services desk next to the main desk area to create a ‘Service Hub’. The idea is that customers can come to one central area in the library to have all of their information, reference, computer booking, library account and membership enquiries answered.…

Self-check your items and save time!

If you're in a hurry or tired of queuing to issue items, why not try our new self service issue machines at Elma Turner Library? There's a machine in the fiction section, non-fiction section and in the Children's Library. They'll issue everything except DVDs, including books, magazines, CDs, cassettes and multi-items. To use the machines simply: Scan your library card barcode under the red scan line.…
