The Information Services Team can help you to find information from our collections, other libraries' collections, and from online resources - or we can help you to use a computer at our computer classes.

In the Library:
There is always a member of our team at the Information Services Desk. You can ask the librarian on duty for assistance with your research. Most questions will be answered immediately, but more detailed questions may require us to get back to you.
From outside the Library:

Charges - research is charged at a rate of $60.00 per hour (GST inc.) in steps of $15 per 15 minutes with the first 15 minutes free.
For members charges will be added to your library account (See your library account).
For non-library members payment can be made online.
