Going on holiday?

Going on holiday and don’t want to miss out on your reserves while you’re away?

You can suspend your reserves until you return.

Step 1. Log onto “My Account” and go to the “My reserve requests" tab.

Step 2. Select the reserve you wish to "Suspend Until" by ticking the left box and then nominate the date you wish to restart your reserve at the top of the list (usually the date you return from holiday). Finally, click “Change status”.
