Nelmac has successfully tendered to take over the day to day operation of the Nelson Marina as of 1 June 2012.
The management contract is for three years with two further one year extensions available. It covers all the day to day administration of the Marina including allocation of berths, management of berth holder licences and collecting fees, looking after customers, taking care of the facilities with daily cleaning and minor maintenance 365 days a year. It also covers a 24 hour on call service in case of emergency.

Marina users can also look forward to streamlined accounts management, website development and maintenance and other new customer care initiatives.
