If you'd like to participate in the Clean Heat Warm Homes 'Pay as you heat', you can fill out a form online that will be submitted to Energy Management Solutions (EMSOL). Alternately, you can print out an application form in PDF. Click here to download a printable application form for 'Pay as you heat' to replace your burner (PDF @340KB)
